Actually this is a DE60LF and the number is #4097 and it's operating on the #14 Jeffery Express and the interior lights were out until around 90th/Jeffery

The 800s and 900s look the same on the inside as the 1000s (well, below 1929, anyway).

One should also note that there are two different interior configurations of the DE60LFs. The second batch of 58 has a different setup.

And as discussed in other forums, 1283 has interior lighting similar to 4150-4207
