Does anyone know why the #50 route did not go back to Kedzie when the Archer Garage closed?

the #21 and the #60 when back to Kedzie, but the #50 did not.

• You can't have everything at Kedzie.
• The north terminal at Clark and Bryn Mawr is about as close to North Park Garage as you can get (Google directions). From the schedule brochure, trips end there, not on the south end.

I was just curious, because for many years #50 route had been coming from kedzie and the north terminal was the same as it is now. I guess it took them a long time to figure that out.

Right. If there's any consolation jmh, 35 and 39 eventually made their way to Kedzie though as of the beginning of the Decrowd Plan (and winter pick) in favor of the 77th picking up the 8 from shared coverage by Kedzie and 74th and Kedzie turning over the 62 to complete 74th coverage after that route had previously been shared by those two after Archer closed.

Kedzie still does a few runs on the 62 in the rush with artics although those artics are being used on the R22

Oh yeah I forgot you mentioned a couple months back approximately that Kedzie was doing rush runs on the 62 to supplement 74th. A role reversal of the two garages to a degree, but with Kedzie having used artics instead of 1000s. Now were those school trips from Kedzie or are those regular rush hour supplements?
