I have never seen a celebrity on the CTA, but I have heard stories about a former Cubs manager who used to ride the Howard train. I don't remember if it was Jim Riggleman or Jim Essian, but around those times. I've heard Rahm Emmanuel was a Brown Line rider. That's about it.
