The Las Vegas City Council today approved a proposal to allow The Boring Company to construct a system of transit tunnels within the city. The plan is for passengers to ride in autonomous Tesla vehicles to stations at major attractions. Musk's company has already built a short tunnel under the convention center, but its opening has been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
