cta5658 Posted January 29, 2007 Report Posted January 29, 2007 I Know This Was Talked About In Another Topic, But Does anyone know the recent Bus assignments at 103rd Quote
rmadisonwi Posted January 31, 2007 Report Posted January 31, 2007 I guess I could be kind enough to provide slightly more detail. As of right now, 103rd has: 50 artics (7500-7549) 120 RTSs (scattered numbers between 4600 and 4833) 9 Orions (4915-4920, 4922-4924) 59 Flxible 5300s (scattered numbers between 5300 and 5749) 24 Flxible 6000s (6074-6097) 11 Optimas (501-510, 512) At this point, just 200 Flxibles are left on the roster, and the RTSs in the worst shape are now starting to be pulled from service. Busjack Posted January 31, 2007 Report Posted January 31, 2007 Man, people are being nonresponsive on this thread. I suppose, though, that the answer is to hang out at 95th/Dan Ryan, where most of the nonexpress 103rd routes run, and most of the motley assortment will be there at one time or the other. 28 runs a lot of this mixture of equipment, too. But as far as trying to assure that 10 out of 200 40-foot buses are on one route, if that is your question, good luck. :o Quote

busfan4022 Posted January 31, 2007 Report Posted January 31, 2007 Man, people are being nonresponsive on this thread. You're the one to talk. XD I LOL @ this thread. After a period of time someone actually gave a decent post(person being me!). But yeah Busjack is correct, they can be mostly found on the 28(w/NABIs,TMCs,X28 runs Orions mixed with the buses I just posted). 95 often runs TMCs, and 100 runs TMCs also. I was just about too say what Busjack posted though. ;_; Quote

rmadisonwi Posted April 5, 2007 Report Posted April 5, 2007 No. Not all of them. 17 of them went to Forest Glen. 15 went to 103rd. Speaking of 103rd buses, two more Orions have been pulled off the active roster. The other seven have about two months left. Quote
