127 pull outs and pull ins

I've been noticing for almost a month now that when a 127 pulls in or out of the garage, it travels down Roosevelt as a 12 Roosevelt. The pulls outs are marked as 12 to Orange line and the pull ins are marked as 12 to Kedzie. They don't always make that turn to the VA, but most of them do. I wonder when they started to do this?

I Live near Roosevelt Road and I frequently see buses pull-out and use Roosevelt and start the 127 going counter-clockwise. Some of those 127 runs do pull-out and use via the I-290 and Congress Parkway and turn right on Michigan to start the route at Roosevelt & State and start the route going clock wise. Now, I dunno if all the 127 buses use Roosevelt on the afternoon trips where some of them turn around and start the route via clockwise or they go via the Ike. I also notice when they pullin when the buses run the route via counter-clockwise, they turn around via Michigan, 14th, Indiana and go straight on Roosevelt to Kedzie. On clockwise, they just take Roosevelt straight to Kedzie.

When the 127 first started, the buses usually state "To Orange Line" or some sort. I never seen those buses that state "12 Roosevelt to Orange Line" when they operate the 127. They've been doing this since the route started in the Summer of 2006.
