I would think that any bus at any garage would go on any route.

I think he means bus number assignments to each garage. Or maybe, CTA5658, do you want to know the bus numbers and routes assigned to one particular garage? But even that would be quite difficult to specifically determine with the retirement process of the 4400s and 5300s. These bus numbers are scattered around from garage to garage, so it's pretty hard to tell.
