Interesting that it has WB-4 scratched on the front. Also, if one can trace license plates, one would know its original fleet number (unfortunately CTA doesn't use vanity license plates like Pace does).

M07 293 (WB-13) was 4911 from my records. I do not have any record of M102 484 (WB-10), however I do not have registrations for 4902, 4903, 4912 or 4913.

If anyone's interested in the 4900s, GO TO WELLS AND LAKE RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!! CTA's doing work on the Brown Line loop feeder, and there are FOUR 4900s BELOW THE L TRACKS!!! I got pictures on my iPhone, and I'll be putting them up on my site in about five minutes. There, we have WB-10, WB-11, WB-12, and WB-13. GO CHECK IT OUT!

WB-10 = 4913

WB-11 = 4907

WB-12 = 4914 - "WB3" written on front

WB-13 = 4911 - "WB4" written on front

I'm kind of confused I know that the bus is one of CTA's 4900's series, but what does (WB) whatever number mean?

WB stands for work bus in this context. (As opposed to the familiar Warner Bros from Hollywood contexts).
