ctaboy
I was on Western + 71st St and I saw a northbound Flexible and a southbound New Flyer running 49 Western.

Busjack
Sort of sounds like the old days, when 49 Western was split among NP and 69th.
artthouwill
I was on Western + 71st St and I saw a northbound Flexible and a southbound New Flyer running 49 Western. I believe what you saw were actually 67 67/69/71 buses out of 74th. This route runs along Western between 69th and 71st. And 74th has 95 Flxs and NF. However, if a 1995 NF were on 49, it would create a hole on BusTracker. ctaboy could clarify this. 67 would certainly explain the Flx, unless ctaboy can say that he saw the electronic signs (and they were not frozen).
