What Numbers are the 5300's at their Garages?

Okay, i'm Confused, which 5300 is where? I know Chicago has some Higher 5300's and Lower 5400's, but what Numbers are the 5300's at each of their Garages?

5300's are at 77th street and 103rd (a select few at Chicago).

5400's are at 103rd and Chicago

5500's are at Kedzie

5600's are at Kedzie, 103rd, and Archer (on their way out)

5700's are at Archer (probably on their way out too !!!)

I saw a 5700 on Kimball this morning. Didn't get the exact number.

5711 was on Kimball yesterday evening. The run was apparently out of 77th.

Last I knew, Kimball-Homan was out of Kedzie. I don't think that

has changed, which would mean that 5711 would be at Kedzie.

Yes, but this bus had a 7 sticker on the windshield, and the run box read 777[blank]. Doesn't make sense to me, either.

Kedzie is notoriously slow for changing the garage stickers

in the window. My guess is that what you saw was one

of those buses on run 777 out of Kedzie with a missing

digit in the run box.

I'll buy that. The last curtain in the run box must have been missing, so the K was omitted. I couldn't imagine why a run of the 82 would come from 77th.
