I just spotted 2 shuttle buses coming down River RD I had to almost catch myself from busting a u turn to ask what was happening

Well kedzie said use all options so i guess as a set of loaners there fine for now I guess but a fedex man vs a cta man for a photo cta man wouldve killed me

Im scared at these pics but just hide you future bus spotter kids cause this is just insane Cause 6596 and the other bus @jackson had Kedzie garage on the window and sign . Plus i got cursed out by a bus operator for pulling up in front the garage to take the back pic of 6596 lol . But seriouslyhow long this has been going on ?

4312 was at Kedzie last I remember ....it's on the 169 rite now while I was finna get some food

Forest Glenn gave up 6757 cause it's riding around Kedzie and Madison with the garage sign on it and Chicago (5) testing paper in the wwindshield

I'm on board 7900 sb on the 2 @58th and Cottage Grove . As for my first ride aboard a 7900 it's more like the Mercedes Benz of Cta lol but its a cool ride . Going to south shops to bus spot again later tonight lol

No one I think would imagine the 4300's with flip dots. They would break roughly give it take ..........3 months lol

well ive seen this happen before I a couple of 1000's came into service without a fare card reader for a few days . Best day ever when the used to serve the #20 during evening rush . I would ride two trips downtown and back . It only lasted 3 days before that fare box got attached ;)

I know only put the two together because there almost the same bus (different transmission and motor) but I was giving the good news of 804 being washed for next day service

wasn't saying it was out of service but I meant was rip to to the 900s . I only included the 800's cause they're the same except build of different drive train components .

off topic a little I thought 6530 was at 74th? Just was spotted @ Kedzie blue line on the expressway deadheading to Chicago

804 just got wash and parked at Kedzie RIP to another great series . (Wish the 5300's lasted long enough for me to wash one )

well its seems doable but two cars would pose a problem for tower 12, Ashland junction, and the switchover @ 54th. And btw I only did this when I started working for cta but u don't have to call me mr. Cause I feel like I'm holy or high honor . (and learned to take pride in the job ) but I don't like Mr or sir (my name has sir in it

Okay I'm curious cause I just seen and heard this but a fellow operator told me pink lime is going to begin permanent 6 car operation during rush and non rush periods . I debated that pink line would need 6 car capacity during rush periods buts useless (it's not a red blue or brown operation ) and plus ridership is there but not enough . So I'm asking to just for u guys do u think it's possible or is it pointless?
