ryanbytes
This was about 4 or 4:30 yesterday afternoon at Clark and Montrose. I was able to catch the P in the run number and on the window. The driver looked at me like I was crazy. I suppose I am! The whole thing unfolded too fast to get a full run number. So did you ride it, and if you did, what was the bus number?
ryanbytes
I couldn't ride because I was bringing my cat home from the vet. I could barely get a look at the front of the bus. It's hard to move fast and not jostle a cat. I didn't catch the bus number either. I just wanted to know if it had a North Park run number and P. Its possible the bus may have been a borrowed bus from N.P. to F.G.
busfan4022
It was said earlier that NP gives FG buses. I even made a topic about it.
qwantae
Its possible the bus may have been a borrowed bus from N.P. to F.G. FG usually borrow NP buses such as NABI and TMC for #152 Addison for school run, I remember Last year I did see an RTS running Eastbound on #152 at Blue Line/ Kmart by Kennedy Exp. Those runs (#152 school trips) are North Park runs. Forest Glen doesn't "borrow" anything.

Busjack
Don't worry. If the legislature continues its pattern of inaction, Forest Glen will undoubtedly be one of the three "garages" closed on January 6. Won't be a Montrose or Addison bus, either. Then this topic will be moot. At least buslover88 understands the stakes involved with regard to service cuts.

If you know which garage they are closing for sure, do me a favor and post a link. You are coming up ith these crazy assumptions, and don't even know anything. You are starting to fail more and more each post. If I remember correctly, there was a topic named "Never enough" for this kinda of post. In the other topic you were ranting about how we were not on topic, and now you are starting us astray.]: gtfo plzkthnx.
Busjack
It could be 74th, 103rd, Chicago, or Archer. It probably will be two of those. The CTA budget says 3. Could also be Kedzie instead of Chicago, and 77th instead of one of the other south side ones. However, if you look in the budget and see where most of the cuts are, you can figure it out. gtfo plzkthnx.A real literate remark, if you ask me. What does it have to do with the thread? At least I mentioned FG, Montrose, and Addison.

Well 103rd'll have 14 routes if the cuts happen and will stay open in my view
Buslover88
Well 103rd'll have 14 routes if the cuts happen and will stay open in my view You told me 13 a few weeks and now it's 14? Make up your mind. Anyway, I very much doubt that North Park or Forest Glen will close. The three garages could very well be 74th, Archer and 103rd, but definately not Chicago because about 10-something routes are being cut and Chicago has like, 50+ routes at the moment, right? Correct me if i'm wrong. I think this thread has gone very far off topic and that we should open another to discuss what will happen to the garages. Chicago Garage only has 17 bus routes, where did you come up with 50+ bus routes? 13 or 14, it's really not that far apart in terms of numbers, what routes will keep running would be a more important issue.
