I can confirm that #1195 is an instruction bus as it sits at SS along 78th and Vincennes. I couldn't find the other #1000s mentioned but I'm sure that they are instruction buses as well.

1195 was the easiest to find outside of the fence. 1208 was there, on Vincennes you see XX08 with K and that means it’s 1208 and you can see it in between the retired flyers when you go down 79th. 1587 and 1000 were in this pile too but I couldn’t even see if 1000 said instruction bus on it

Does anyone have any information on these buses: 1867, 1720, 1843, 1783, 1758, 1726, or 1954? Those have been OOS for at least 5 days and I’m wondering if some like 1758 were just retired. I’ll definitely check out by the weekend if any of those bit the dust.

2009 has been OOS at the south fence awaiting work since the end of April.

1835 OOS since 5/13, 1789 OOS since 5/13, 1653 OOS since 5/9 in FG trouble lot, 1980 OOS since 5/13, 1966 OOS since 5/15, 1962 OOS since 5/17, 1660 OOS since 5/17 (breakdown), 1718 OOS since 5/15, 1873 OOS since 5/16, 1736 OOS since 5/15, 1734 OOS since 5/17

1720,1783,1843 is back in service, 1872 is in service with a brand new shield.

Missing from P: 1718, 1789, 1804, 1867, 1873. (5)

Missing from F: 1653, 1660. (2)

Missing from K: 1726, 1734, 1736 1758, 1835. (5)

Missing from 😄 1954, 1962, 1966, 1980, 2009. (5)

#1722 and #1816 are en route to FGs dead lot from SS this morning. They are officially retired. There was a third flyer in the trio but that number is unknown at this point.

1816 has been retired since 2023 so they have somehow reactivated that, that explains why 8572 is in the spot 1816 used to have

it looks like some flyers are starting to get small rehabs……#1043 recently took a trip to SS and came back few weeks later with a new transmission with other random things replaced on it, this is the 2nd bus to recieve a new transmission with #1050.
