...what would be the name, flavor, and color?

My idea would be known as Diet Mountain Dew Jazzy Pink.  It would be a pink-colored strawberry and passion fruit flavored diet soda.

What would your idea be?

"Bus Fuel." It would be a soda for bus drivers to keep them awake. I'd let them pick out what flavor they'd like, then blast it with caffeine (even more than the current champ). Like a 5 Hour Energy thing, but more enjoyable.

I know there's one (now former) Blue Line operator who wishes she had some before taking her train up the escalator at O'Hare.
