artthouwill Posted Monday at 02:56 AM Report Share Posted Monday at 02:56 AM 17 minutes ago, Erin Mishkin Jr. said: I’m not sure when this started but the #6 relief spot changed from 67th/Cornell to 47th/Lake park This doesn't make sense. The only plausible explanation is that this was a northbound 6 and the relief driver was running late and for whatever reason, the switch was made at 47th to keep the bus close to schedule.  The only other reason to do a driver switch there is if the drivers are switching between the 6 and the 28. But the 28 has a natural relief point at the 103rd garage.  There may be a valid reason for an emergency driver switch there, but a regularly assigned relief point there doesn't seem to make any sense. It looks like they moved it there during the spring pick because for the winter pick it was at 67th.
