Again, what's your source? If you saw it, say where you were and when. Most of the people who post in this topic have photos.

But your implication from "it was in the boneyard" that it was dead was false, if it was back on 24 a couple of hours later.

#1720 has came back from SS after some body work to it and has also recieved a new driver shield, so now that’s #1653, 1720, 1832….(1872, 1873 as well but those are done)

#1906 came back from SS but kept the old shield…would be nice for a 19XX from Chicago to have a new shield

#1724 also had a new drivers shield but last I heard it’s at SS about to be retired

at this point what i think is happening is whatever is saveable is saved and it shows because they decided to bring back 1192, 1331, and 1423, by the looks of it we already lost a few buses in recent weeks and the artics going down as well is playing a role in this, 4307 and 4200 are at SS with rust in the rear by the rear door

1298 got into a accident today on 52A the mirror cracked my favorite cta bus operator dazzon Washington

Cs very New Flyer heavy on the 65 & 66 today, I’ve haven’t seen Navy Pier this New Flyer heavy in over two years.

#1906 was just added to South shops over the weekend, unclear if it’s retired or returning.

 

#1767 was spotted in the boneyard, most likely retired. 1841 sits up front.

 

#1676 was seen without a bike rack at SS, pretty sure that’s retired.

#1865 is also seen at SS, not clear if it’s retired or returning.

#1663 has LTH
