2400seriesrock Posted December 19, 2015 Report Share Posted December 19, 2015 Since i enjoy modeling the CTA i make the railcars and stations out of Lego since it is easy for me to do then making models out of plastic. But this time i went from the old Central Park model with the 2200 Series (http://chitransit.org/topic/3796-central-park-pink-line-photos/) to making the 2600 Series and station that looks like the old Diversey before renovations with the narrow platform end and turned lights. Expand The class lights are the smallest size. I could have made the headlights that size but they'd be out of proportion. MTRSP1900-CTA3200 Posted December 22, 2015 Report Share Posted December 22, 2015 Before I moved, I made a LEGO L track set for my O-Scale CTA trains. They actually fit onto properly spaced LEGO blocks! Though now I use functional MTH O-Scale track, so I'll have to figure out how to make a station for tracks like that. Expand Thanks! I've seen this guy's work before on Youtube. He did an amazing job and I like how he continues to work on his project to this day. Unfortunately I just don't have the space -and more importantly time- to work on such a project.
