2400seriesrock
Since i enjoy modeling the CTA i make the railcars and stations out of Lego since it is easy for me to do then making models out of plastic. But this time i went from the old Central Park model with the 2200 Series (http://chitransit.org/topic/3796-central-park-pink-line-photos/) to making the 2600 Series and station that looks like the old Diversey before renovations with the narrow platform end and turned lights. And every time i make something else i will post it here.

If you don't have this program already, it's the next best thing to having unlimited Legos for free. An excellent time waster!

But I love to model it in my own hands I tried to make the 5000 Series before but failed, nice work btw.

I could have made the headlights that size but they'd be out of proportion. For that matter, I had to put less seats than a real 5000 or the car would look excessively long. Have to go to Virtual Legoland and get more virtual blocks.
MTRSP1900-CTA3200
Before I moved, I made a LEGO L track set for my O-Scale CTA trains. They actually fit onto properly spaced LEGO blocks! Though now I use functional MTH O-Scale track, so I'll have to figure out how to make a station for tracks like that. Here is the best picture I could find of the structure. Spoiler

I sure hope it lasts longer! But from what BusHunter has been posting, it looks good so far.

It's currently in slow zone.

Thanks! I've seen this guy's work before on Youtube. He did an amazing job and I like how he continues to work on his project to this day. Unfortunately I just don't have the space -and more importantly time- to work on such a project. Below is my low budget (aside from the trains) layout for actually running the trains.
2400seriesrock
My new model for January 2016! This is a attempt to make a Loop stop but i chose something like Randolph/Wells with the two station houses and also a not so complete 2400 Series work car.
