The interior design of the 1000 series is much nicer than the dated fake wood grain in the 5800s.

I actullay like the 1995 New Flyers because I have ridden them. I also like the 2006 Buses now because they look soo Cool (I never even ridden one yet)

I like the 1995 new flyers beacuse I have ridden on them and I also like the design of the bus. They were also Chicago's first low floor bus and the first time I rode on a low floor bus.

I cannot judge the 1000 Series.  I never had the opportunity to ride them since I use buses from the North Park and Forest Glen Garages often. :(

I think I like the 1995 model better. I imagine I have grown accustomed to the roof mounted A/C unit. I have yet to ride the 1000's but I hope to soon.

I've have rode the 5800's on 22 and 36, and the 1000's on 62. I perfer the 1000's. They are new new and I like the hangers that people standing up can use.

I picked 5800s,even though they are a little outdated...it was the VERY first Low Floor bus i rode. I would have picked the 1000's but havent seen any on route 49. But hope to ride it soon.
