Is CTA that short of operable buses? I would say the #4000s may have something to do with that. About 80+ have been OOS for almost a year now while others have been placed on LTH/300. The entire fleet of 2008/2009 #1000s are pretty much gone at this point so the last 100 or so #1000s are pretty much a who can out last the other until the rehabs start kind of deal here. With the recent fleet restructure of #1000s over the past 6 months I'd say a things have evened out as far as breakdowns are concerned. I've seen a lot more 40 footers in place of runs that normally have artics on them out of K,NP and 103rd recently as well.Ā Quote

I have no evidence yet but from what I heard it could be possible #1676 and #1767 have been retired, but this forum has been very slow this year as I am not able to go back to South Shops as much as i used to. Ā #1767 was spotted in the boneyard, most likely retired. 1841 sits up front. Ā #1676 was seen without a bike rack at SS, pretty sure thatās retired. #1865 is also seen at SS, not clear if itās retired or returning. #1663 has LTH Quote
