Turns out it is at Dundee and Rt. 53. Also, it does not have "Bug" in its name, as apparently nothing to do with the Lake-Cook TMA. Apparently 465 got the Bug because the LC TMA advised on it. Only conceivable things are union issues or equipment availability. Route 619 Allstate-Des Plaines raised the same issue. Deadhead is all the way on Dempster to McCormick.
