strictures
Metra is terminating or starting many of the UP-N trains that normally start/end in Kenosha, at Waukegan. Obviously this is du to the rioting.

Obviously this is du to the rioting. It took me a while to figure it out, but there was a shooting of a black man by police in Kenosha and there has been unrest there since. This is what prompted Metra to suspend service to Kenosha.
