Contract for Rebuilding wrecked 1482 was awarded to American Transit Works 09/12 (almost 2 years ago). They were paid $10,000 Jan 2014, $100,000 May 2014. Contract amount $195,000. What do we know for sure here?

Was on 1477 and that bus sounds really bad for being rehabbed. The engine sounded clogged and like it was over exerting itself in trying to move down the street.
