2632 317 & 2636 308

One of the 30 footers must be out there now.  Route 317 isn't showing up on any tracker and these buses are not on math's website so pretty simple to put two and two together.

These buses definitely have to be on low volume routes like 308 and 317.  I thought these buses were due to be scrapped, but it sounds like Pace kept them as emergency backups for situations like this.

At least 2632 was sitting in Highland Park and was on Ravinia service, even though 2631-4, 2636-2639 are not on regular service on 471, 472. But unless they scavanged the gps systems, I don't know why they don't track.

When I saw these buses, there was no signage.  My first thought was the W routes aren't programmed and these were temporary loans .

So let's say North electric busses are successful there is surplus busses (at least half of North diesel fleet)that can go to west from north. North has about  52-53 6700s that given the routes they operate on definitely have way less miles then west 6300s as far as the highway Eldorados is there a plan to replace the now and with what I dont know

... I agree that the 6730s will eventually go somewhere else, but when or where is anyone's guess.

I'll take my guess. As I said, there are enough 40 ft hybrids already on order to take care of W. If  enough electricts are at N, there's the question of 6377-6391, 6485-6509 at R, and R may need some larger buses for 606. 6477-6484 at NS may also be getting old. Some may go to NW unless enough hybrids come in to cover any of 6392-6476 that can't soldieer through. But that's about it.
