artthouwill
At Jefferson Park, two CTA yellow jackets boarded the train and went into the operator cab. One of them drove the train. Car 7230 waa the lead. Every time the warning sound came on for the operator to slow down, it continued to sound until the operator brought the train to a complete stop. I got off at Rosemont but I would guess that upon reaching O'Hare, they probably took that train out of service.

It can be a defect on that particular rail car or defective wayside signals outside. Anyway it goes, the operator was intercepted while being authorized to operate on the ATC Bypass.
