Probably around a hundred.  It's amazing they have 8350 and 8949.  They have some 8325s and a handful of 7900s.  They have at least 70 non artic New Flyers and they are on the street all day.

Oh man lemme tell ya. The 8325’s are SO DIRTY during the winter. I mean all of the fleet there is usually dirty but it’s almost as if the 8325’s don’t get cleaned at all.

I don't necessarily think that's garage specific nor bus model specific, at least on the exterior of the buses.   The interiorcouldbeadifferent story.  But they haverules concerningcleaningin temperatures below freezing.

 

For years 77th was the garage that had the reputation of being the toughest on buses, but their 8350s, however few they have, aren't as bad as 103rd's.  K and FG 8350s are in great shape..

I think 77th racks up a lot of miles but being near SS means they can get the heavy repairs done quicker. 103rd seems to be hamstrung on keeping up with maintenance.

Oh 103rd is HORRIBLE with maintenance, everytime I take a J14, the operator steps on the gas and the bus breaks down.

Exactly, he doesn't even act his age. On his TikTok he pretends to be a bus operator and he hangs out with older people. He is literally 15-16.
