Observed the following today at Roosevelt Rd:

1. Outbound Orange Line trains read Midway, inbound Orange Line trains had Brown Loop signs approaching Roosevelt.

2. Pink Line trains read Not In SErvice approaching Roosevelt, even trains approaching Adams/Wabash on inner Loop tracks had this sign. One train had the Not In Service sign with white lettering on a black background except for one or two cars which had the new colored signage with a white print Loop on a pink background.

3. The train tracker signs at Roosevelt read in Orange " To Loop, Kimball" on one line. However, there were no Pink Line signs on the tracker, though I saw one enter Roosevelt, use the middle track south of the station and reverse course to the northbound track into Roosevelt, rather quickly I might add. They are still running 6 cars on the Pink Line.

The train tracker showing Orange "To Loop, Kimball" I don't remember seeing during the weekend reroutes, but the inbound Orange Line trains flipping to Brown Line signage at the Roosevelt station or just before it I have spotted since the beginning of Loop construction periods. The inbound Browns do similar in the vicinity of Merchandise Mart by swapping to the Orange Line signage with "Midway" so that they have Orange Line signs in place by the time they reach Clark/Lake.

If my phone hadn't died, I would!'ve taken a picture of the "Loop, Kimball signage. I can't remember if there is a train tracker at MDSE Mart. If so, I wonder if the inbound sign is Brown and reads "to Loop, Midway for that matter if it reads the same thing at belmont or fullerton.

Don't you mean for service to the stations take a Howard bound train to Loyola and transfer to a 95th bound train since it's the Howard bound trains this time around that won't stop at those stations and going the way you have it worded takes passengers away and in the opposite direction from the stations without ever getting near instead of to them? If this is word for word from the CTA given notice then you and they both missed that error.
Got my first look at the Addison Brown Line station today. It looks like more than the wood was an issue here, as therese photos can attest.to... both the Loop and Kimball platforms have these yellow boards right near the tracks where the blue Lego-like strips were at.
All of the decking, on both sides, has been replaced at Addison. The blue bumper strip is back in place.
