I took the next train, it left around 2:15. It stopped at Oakton (both
ways) and at Howard. At Howard they let people board. After it left
Howard, they announced it would be the last trip and the train would go
to Skokie shops only after Dempster. I have a video from Howard back to
Dempster I will post later if there's interest.

Yeah I enjoyed myself too. I missed the first trip but took the next three. It was a little crowded at first but then by the last rides you could stretch out and really seize the moment. Got lots of video and flybys and #5433-34 which were showcased in howard yard. I'll start uploading later tonight.

For attendees that couldn't make it to the ceremony, here's the special Skokie Swift Brochure that was handed to attendees at the ceremony. The CTA has really been respecting its past while moving forward. With events such as the Red Line south reenactment of Howard-Englewood A Trains; the 2200-series farewell & the #SkokieSwift50 ceremony, commuters have been getting a $2.25 History lesson.

Got some good pics! Got to ride to Howard and back and received the brochure and Skokie Swift buttons they handed out. My good friend Lou was handing out buttons on the train. It was a great event! :)
