#8237 is done for, to much damage.

That isn't #8237, it is parked by #1117 and #1946. That might be #8068 that has finally been shipped to SS after it's accident in the spring of 2019.

Rehabs on the 7900s appear to have started in some capacity over the past several months. I've seen a lot more pop up at SS getting major work done on them which includes a fresh coat of paint, mechanical upgrades and new front and rear end panels.

With the new panels do they still have the window or are they like the 8325 and up?

Do you have any info on 7950, 7955, or 8190?

#7950 and #7955 are still pending litigation currently, #8190 has something mechanical going on with it as well that also may be held up by litigation at this time. #8218 is likely done for a long time due to heavy damage it sustained few months ago on a Ashland night car.

Yeah I know, what's even more shocking is #7929 may also be getting fixed as well.

After about 6 years out. I believe #8229 may follow suit as well once its litigation is over as well.

Does NP operate its small handful of 7900s on other routes than the 36? I’ve only ever seen NPs 7900s on the 36 almost looks like a route preference for certain buses.

those novas are equipped with the bus lane cameras and exclusively operate on the 36, here and there they are sprinkled on another route.

8146 is another buss I seen that looks like 8156. They both have that top missing and looking more like the 8350’s. I like that look it would be nice if they could rehab the rest of the 7900’s to look the same.

Yeah it was shocking to operate this and #8156 earlier this spring. I was like welp at least they stand out from the rest of the crowd now. 😅

There was a swap that occurred during the July 31/August 1 window:

Kedzie traded 8100 and 8101 to Chicago Garage, in exchange for 8163 and 8167.
