No operator ever reports it directly to the manager and they never reboot it no wonder it’s always like that

The destination signs on 20422 have been stuck at “TO GARAGE” even when it’s in service. When the operator uses the system to change the destination signs, it does not work and the signs will remain “TO GARAGE” until west division gets to fixing it, if they ever do. Also, notice the run 323, that’s also frozen and is always displayed with the to garage signs on this bus. Already 6 months lol and west division doesn’t care 🤣. Thankfully this bus is always on the map 100% of the time so if you find this bus on the map you’ll know what route it’s on because it’s trapeze login works on this bus. 20422 has now been fixed. 20476 has a new trapeze device now which always shows up on the tracker. 20418, 20437, and 20478 continue to run with broken trapezes.
