No operator ever reports it directly to the manager and they never reboot it no wonder it’s always like that

The destination signs on 20422 have been stuck at “TO GARAGE” even when it’s in service. When the operator uses the system to change the destination signs, it does not work and the signs will remain “TO GARAGE” until west division gets to fixing it, if they ever do. Also, notice the run 323, that’s also frozen and is always displayed with the to garage signs on this bus. Already 6 months lol and west division doesn’t care 🤣. Thankfully this bus is always on the map 100% of the time so if you find this bus on the map you’ll know what route it’s on because it’s trapeze login works on this bus. 20422 has now been fixed. 20476 has a new trapeze device now which always shows up on the tracker. 20418, 20437, and 20478 continue to run with broken trapezes. Erin Mishkin Jr.
Looks like they fixed up 20437 and 20478. 20418 is still running broken and last read as a 423 on 4/9, clearly shows it’s trapeze is asking for a replacement.

How are these trapeze signs already broken this early? Is it common for these NF models? The 40 foot El Dorados don't have these issues as often that I've noticed and some of them are 12 years old now.

I don't think it has to do with the bus manufacturer, as the spec usually is just to provide a place to plug them in.

They broke on 4 XD40’s. 3 of them have been replaced and one which was broken for 3 years is still waiting for its replacement. A few eldorados have broken trapeze’s too and sometimes don’t show up on the map (6344, 6368, 6374). 95% of buses have working trapezes here at west. Only common thread is that they are all West Division buses.Maybe that's the real problem.

Yeah, I know they haven’t been keeping up with a lot of maintenance recently. Recently I rode 6374 and it was an AWFUL bus as it was so slow and sounds like the transmission was tired. I haven’t seen 6374 after that so it’s more than likely down now.

Never mind 6374 is still out here running just saw it on the 331 still ghosting. I hope they fix that and 20418 soon.
