garmon757
There always was something like that, but not the LED ones.Surprisingly, these doesn't applies to any other stations, especially Forest Park. Kimball still have the old light up platform 1, 2, and 3 boarding sign and 95th, Harlem-Lake, and Ashalnd/63rd have the red/white boarding signs but not LEDs. The only station that doesn't need those is 54th/Cermak.

I'm surprised you didn't mention O'Hare, which also had the next train signs to differentiate between the three tracks from the beginning, but again those with backlights. I suppose there should be a fourth one for the train stopping on, not at, the platform

YoungBusLover
2 of 74th novas were heading southbound toward 95th on Ashland with no destination signs and no interior lights on about 10 minutes ago, I wonder where they were headed this late at night? If your wondering what nova numbers they were one was a low 64** and the other one was a 66**, it was hard to see the numbers as they passed by. We must be short on buses again. But they'll be gone after the a.m. Rush hr though most likely. I personally would love if they stayed at 103rd either the old or new novas I'm just a fan of the buses.
MTRSP1900-CTA3200
Saw these buses parked outside Kedzie Garage yesterday. Maybe they were being moved like the Novas. There were four buses total.

cta5658
I sighted #1483 on the #67 67th-69th-71st and #1493 on the #63W West 63rd on BusTracker

Screen Shot 2014-08-29 at 11.10.25 AM.png Not necessarily. Kedzie has been over capacity for quite a few years now and often has buses parked outside like that just outside the bay doors. jajuan
I didn't consider that, given the size of the building. Thanks. You should really see it during the weekend. You'll see quite a few more buses parked out there because a good chunk of Kedzie's routes have no weekend service and a number of the remaining ones that do have weekend service are operated with artics. Things have gotten a little better with recent picks, but Kedzie is still about 20 to 25 buses over it's 250 bus capacity. However the garage now housing artics full time probably technically brings that total over capacity up even more.
BusHunter
Speaking of Kedzie another bus got hit with graffiti I think it was #1712, but it was just on the right rear quarter panel. White paint. Strange as I saw white paint on one of Kedzie new rehab buses right where the front door is. I thought it could've been an accident mark but maybe it was graffitti. I don't remember what number though.
cta5658
#4191 made it's way to 103rd, it's on the #J14
ajm522
1474 on #8, 1486 on #79, 1540 on #3 and 1986 on #4 but what is weird is that 4197, 4199 and 4201 are on #12 right now.
ArcherRider
#4321 is on #22 this morning and #1993 is on #8.
Mr.cta85
Meanwhile it's still 4 Novas parked at 103rd I'm guessing someone forgot to take them back to 74th.
jajuan
1474 on #8, 1486 on #79, 1540 on #3 and 1986 on #4 but what is weird is that 4197, 4199 and 4201 are on #12 right now. So they made their way to Kedzie and not North Park as was suspected by our member who saw them along with 4198 heading north on the Dan Ryan last night. jajuan
Kedzie also got 4196 as it's on the #10 right now. 4177, 4183, 4187 and 4184 all showing up on the 6. Looks like BusHunter's going to have a bit of fun with updating his rosters this weekend, including correcting that 4196-4207 did not make their way to North Park but appear to have made their way to Kedzie. Busjack
I guess banning concealed carry on transit didn't exactly work. Knives don't slash people, people do. Tribune. Neighborhood guy who apparently did it right in front of the 77th Garage.
ajm522
1489 and 1987 on number 8. I will take a wild guess and say that 77th got something like 1982-1999 from C and a couple 1400's from 103rd. I could be totally wrong but I see no 1980's or 1990's on any C routes. That's what it's looking like. Not seeing what C got so far though in this multi-garage exchange. K and 103rd picked up the 77th artics, meaning 103rd got something for the few 40 footers we see given up so far. NP and K possibly traded a few looking at 4321 being on the 22. But I don't yet see what C got for the 40 ft NFs it gave up.

ajm522
#1998 is still at Chicago while on #73 right now. Well as of now we at least got a couple 1980's and 1993. Like 1984 shows up on number 3 so maybe we got 1982-199X, ill wait to see more before making another guess.
