The buses he mentioned are the buses that moved to FG in March and April to replace the gap when the nova's were pulled, and 1598 isn't on the list since 1589, 1594, 1597-1599 came to FG to meet with 1590-1593, 1595, and 1596 last year. CTA is the only TA I've seen that uses stickers to identify which garage the bus belongs to. Perhaps there are some other TA's that do,, but I've yet to see one in my limited travels I don't know know how often other TAs shift buses between garages or how they track Garage assignments.
