CTA Bus Garage Rosters

After taking a review of the boneyard this past weekend i've noticed that several more #6400's have been towed away for scrap and the list of active #6400's has gone from 79 down to 73 based on what I saw from http://www.rtams.org/rtams/rollingStockForServiceBoardAndMode.jsp?sbID=2&mode=MB. I wonder if those six were even at south shops before getting shipped away. There's also 198 active #4000's which leads me to wonder where are the other 10 at unless i've already documented them.

I finally got a chance to get back in the boneyard and my speculation about #1245 is gaining more traction as it has once again shown signs of retirement. It has been moved several times throughout the boneyard in the last 3 or 4 months. #6692 and #6699 seem to be done as they're the only recently active novas still back there. A majority of the boneyard on the eastern is becoming a lot more barren as the next batch of #6400s have been hauled off for scrap. #1125 has been removed from the boneyard but I'm not sure if it has received any repairs. #1925 looks like it's done as well.

I agree I think 1245 done but that looks like a minor accident it was in but 1925 is completely dont see how 1821 & 1993 got knocked off which I'm waiting for 1805 & 4119 to get knocked off but dam 4175 in there wasnt that 1 back at C

The funny thing depending on how you look at it is the block of #1300s 77th has had recently quite a few 10-25s over the last several weeks. I dont know if the cleaning crews are doing the necessary job or if it's the customers themselves but having to get surprised in the drivers area with some creepy crawlers before pulling out is a little nerve racking to say the least. #1312,#1320,#1325,#1337 and #1340-#1343 have all had 10-25s/complaints made about them.

Yea ive had the same before I went on med leave due to my accident but 1601 07 98 1702 1836 39 45 & a few 15s ive then had my fare share ive seen them in the drivers arear & all

That's the advantage of having an outdoor garage. The cold gets rid of them. When you go down to the gulf coast or somewhere thats always hot, they get bigger.

That is 1 thing that I would like about working at FG but just cant deal with all if that traffic & those up north people that think they better then everybody
