I wonder if cta was waiting for Labor Day to finish moving artics from Chicago since they’re all on 66.

Doesn't look like it. Artics are still on the 20 and 66. In fact, I'm seeing some 4060s, 4070s and 4090s out there. Did C have any of those fleet numbers in recent picks? I remember those artic numbers being at K in earlier months. So are we sure artics might be done at C?

FG is saying goodbye to 1924, 1926, 1928-1935 as they have decided to go to North Park. In return Forest Glen will get the active novas that were at North Park (6837,6838,6843,6846 the ghost bus,6847,6849,6858) and 6838/58 are currrently active

Hmm. I wonder why. Well I guess that's it for novas on the #50. They would have made good training buses, If most garages are going Nova. I dont get why they couldnt have a few. I wonder will the Kedzie ones come back or are they just there until the end.

Not surprised.   When Archer  closed, North Park received about 20 Novas.  The idea was to use them primarily on Western since it was supposed to be a TSP route and the Novas they and 74th received had the TSP equipment on them.  In practice,  TSP was never used on Western and NP primarily used New Flyers on the 49.  The Novas were sparingly used on other routes for a few months,  then North Park gave up the Novas altogether.   If there's any one garage that I would suspect that wouldn't receive any Novas (7900s or 8350s), it would be NP.   NP,  103rd and J have not historically been Nova garages.  Since 103rd and K have the newer Novas, in all likelihood they will probably get some more.

Perhaps this will set up FG to at least get a split of first dibs for the first delivery of 8350s.
