It would make sense cause honestly why would NP have more Artics when they can easily swap 4300s and 3 can use them while NP can rest 3’s 4300s use them as AM and PM trips wouldn’t hurt plus they got their DE60LF’s back those can be used more often

they didn’t get all of their DE60LF’s they’re missing 4120-4127 and then the 4070-4079 range

The 4300s have always stayed at Np and 3, could Np go all 4000s and send their 4300s to k and 3. They’ve never moved that much

Not gonna happen. And if NP gives up artics they need to stop sending them straight to 103rd and do 3 ways trades with K THEN send ex-Kedzie artics to 103rd since K artics take the least beatings out of all the artic users

Schools trippers on the 49, 50, 56, 82, 92, 93 and 206 need the artics because of the kids and they can't go all 4000s because of all the routes that interline with each other and how many people get on

negative NP had 4321-4322 4324-4325 4328-4332 (4323 retired) and they lost them at the beginning of the pandemic to 103rd NP kept 4325 and they’re waiting for the rest of their 4300’s to come back to them 4334-4399 always been at NP and aren’t going anywhere they also need 4066-4079 back and 4117-4127

NP never had any hybrid 4300 pre pandemic outside of 4327. They were always at 103rd.

I agree, sending some #4300s to another garages like Kedzie could sound interesting. But there isn’t too much of them CTA has with, 98 remaining and 2 of them being retired. That’s only 100 of them. Sadly the CTA can’t make one garage be all #4300s because they will need more than 100 buses to fill the bucket. The other extra buses will have to be #7900s, #4000s or the #1000s as far as I can say in this case.

I guarantee you those hybrid made there way back south loooong before the pandemic. That looks like when Chicago had artics and maybe even 77th was still trying them on the 79.

they made their way to 103rd when all the 6400’s went OOS and all the bus moves happened  @Mr.cta85 @Erin Mishkin Jr.@YoungBusLovercan back me up

Some simple research would of solved this quarrel. Maths data goes as far back as October 2018 ironically.519436492_sighsdosomeresearch.thumb.png.870962e7fbf391533d779cb3b5eef9d0.png

Maths used to have data from 2016 and got rid of it ? and I needed to get info from 2017 on which buses I rode in 86 years ago now I can’t do that since they removed it. Tried some site history sites too but it didn’t work

From my records and bustracker

4321 new to K 1/13, K>1 10/13; 1>K 1/14; K>P 9/14; P>1 6/20

4322 new to 7 3/13; 7>1 6/13; 1>K 1/14; K>P 9/14; P>1 6/20

4323 new to 1 1/13;  w6/13

4324 new to 1 2/13; 1>P 9/14; P>1 6/20

4325 new to 1 1/13; 1>K 10/13; K>P 9/14

4326, 4327 new to 1 2/13; 1>K 10/13; K>1 2/15

4328, 4329, 4330, 4331 new to 1 1/13; 1>K 10/13; K>P 9/14; P>1 6/20

4332 new to 7 3/13; 7>1 5/13; 1>K 10/13; K>P 9/14; P>1 6/20

So P had 4321/2/4/5/8-32 from Sep 2014 through to Jun 2020.

Give it up, you are wrong, move on.

You see I haven’t said anything after and even conceded that we were both right in a way. I admitted to not being as accurate but as someone who’s lived on the south east side, some buses in those ranges moved around for things related to blue line Milwaukee shuttles etc so NP could’ve had them back and forth for things like that.
