Actually, 103rd received #1080-#1083, #1085-#1096, #1128-#1129, 1137, #1139, #1167, #1179, #1183, #1185, #1187-#1188, #1200, #1201, #1203, #1204 and #1206 from Kedzie.

Kedzie received #1597-#1600, #1602, #1604, #1605, #1607-#1619 from 103rd.

Ahh, there we go!! That sounds like 103rd is now losing the #1600's. They are getting even older buses.

1584 and 1585 were both at 103rd last week.

Yes, but I took the old assignments off of the not-so-frequently updated garage rosters that were posted by sw4400.

That said, 103rd still has some 1650s, 1660s and 1670s. What 1680s and 1690s that 103rd had a couple of weeks ago are now at Chicago Garage.

And with these latest moves (I forgot to include #1586 in the 103rd-to-Kedzie moves), the only buses in between #1584 and #1621 that are not at Kedzie — #1587-#1596, #1601, #1603, #1606 and #1620 — are all still at 77th.

My speculation is all these in the 1000 block will eventually make their way to FG. and maybe some of the 1100 block too(maybe all, we'll have to see how that plays out). If FG is in line to get 8200-8324 eventually(we'll have to wait for the 8200's to arrive and be placed at their home garage), then I'd figure 1000-1124 should be at FG. If not, then 1000-1249 should be assigned there if they are giving a continuous number block.

Kedzie totals seem really down, I got 254, but if I add #1585-86, then maybe 256. 103rd totals seem high as they are about 20-25 over. Maybe they are trying to shuffle buses in an attempt to squeeze out some more for the glen. 34 is kind of weak, they need at least 55-60.

1652-53 are showing up on K runs this evening.  I believe they just migrated from 103.  So 1650-51 may have also been fellow travelers.  Maybe 1657-59 as well?

Yeah that helps the totals some. If 103rd does have a few spares it makes them more flexible to transfer also.

We kid because we care!!

I check updates usually after midnight for changes to rosters**... it allows time for my source(s) to plug any changes in for the day. Same goes for rail rosters.

**=If I got an early shift, lost power at home or have no internet service(Xfinity has a way of doing maintenance early morning a lot), then I usually wait until the next early a.m for roster updates.

Also, I have a new roster page here..... something happened with the old roster page where I could no longer edit the Forest Glen and North Park Rosters....

That might be why you have the negative feedback. They don't know about a 2.0. You know I couldn't edit my roster earlier and later I could. Maybe you're computer was just in a funk.

@BusHunter, It's odd..... Kevin couldn't replicate it, and he logged in to my account using his Administration powers. Here's a pic of what it says when I attempt to update Forest Glen or North Park.... sometimes Norton will actually block the chitransit page and say Suspicious Webpage Blocked and it'll say "This Page Is Unsafe" in the Norton Toolbar. I don't know why it does that randomly.... I believe it said something about phishing.

@Kevin, do you think this may have something to do with the roster trouble that you were unable to replicate even when logging into my rosters with my account?

Rosters are being updated too much right now to sit idly by unable to change things, hence the 2.0 Rosters Page. Thankfully, I haven't had to do a similar setup for the Rail Rosters.... so maybe it's just a hiccup there for whatever reason.

Kedzie received #1597-#1600, #1602, #1604, #1605, #1607-#1619 from 103rd. Kedzie also received #1584 from Chicago and #1585 from 74th.

I was off by quite a bit. #1600 is still at 103rd. #1597, #1599, #1602 and #1604-#1605 have not yet been accounted for. But #1598 is now at Kedzie.

However, I might see #1597, #1599, #1602, #1604 and/or #1605 working the Green Line L shuttle, which is operated using equipment from Chicago and Kedzie Garages.

As of 4/4, #1602, #1604 and #1607 have shown up on Kedzie Garage-operated routes. Combine this with #1597 showing up on the #10 yesterday afternoon, and #1600 being still at 103rd, and now only #1599 and #1605 remain unknown in their whereabouts. #1206 and #1214 are still at Kedzie as of 4/4.

And by the way, #1598 has been run every day (so far) since it was transferred from 103rd to Kedzie this past Saturday: It was on the #124 on Saturday, the #126 yesterday and the #21 this morning.

In addition to the #1650s that were at 103rd last week (except #1659) going from 103rd to Kedzie over this past weekend that I forgot to mention, #1600 finally made the transfer to Kedzie after the weekend ended. Thus, 103rd should have no upper #1500s or lower #1600s remaining in its fleet; the only #1600s that should still be at 103rd this week are #1659 and some #1660s and some #1670s.

That said, those remaining #1650s-#1670s should be moved to Kedzie this coming weekend while most of Kedzie's remaining #1200s should be on their way to 103rd.

You're probably right, but I'd just send the #1800's back to 103rd, so they have something newer there. Only thing with the #1200's thought is there are more #1200's than there are #1600's.

I keep wanting to put #1162 back to 74th but it has completely disappeared the last few days. You know I was thinking if the #8200's did go to 103rd they could replace everything but 30-50 40 foot buses. They might even be able to replace some of those with further consolidation. They would put those operators in a "you have to drive these buses' situation though. Chicago would be in the same situation. FG I think still remains the leading contender.

I was pullin in last night and for a sec I thought I was still at 103rd when I saw 1495 and 1501 parked in 74th ??. But I do wonder why is my old garage getting rid of their upper numbered buses. Its weird but im starting to think that maybe 103rd are preparing to receive the remaining of the new novas. And will send the rest of the low numbered NF'ers to FG and perhaps becoming an all NF garage. May is just a few weeks away just in time for the summer pick as well. But I also hear that 74th will be all nova as so who knows but that's just my hunch at least for now lol. The new novas are awesome by the way just the breaks are a little sensative and the back door really does take forever to close ?? great bus still though lol.
