So far no but after carefully looking at your roster, you already got 1045 and 1046 at 103rd even though that's correct but I was about to say that 103rd got them.

they had up to #1066 before last night as far as I know. #1161 is back on the #62 so 103rd didn't keep it.

Check this out, #1684, #1693, #1698, and #1705 are at Chicago. So therefore, #1689 #1695 #1697 and #1746 may be at Chicago. Whoa, 74th got 1430-1434!!!

Also, Kedzie's remaining lower 1800s (except #1819) are now at Chicago, as well. Kedzie received absolutely nothing in return for those swaps, which means that it may be the garage to receive #8200-8324 when they arrive (but let's not get those hopes up just yet).

On another thought, Kedzie might actually split the #8200-8324 order with Forest Glen.

I can almost guarantee you that kedzie will not be getting any novas lol. FG is the front runner but if not them, maybe 103rd or 74 and 77th may split the remaining 125 but definitely not Kedzie.

We got all these #120 routes going to 77th, so maybe there will be a net loss at whoevers garage was running it before. (brain freeze, lol!!) I still say that Novas have difficulty with the wash pit at Kedzie. Why would an operator say that if it wasn't true. I don't get the #1600's leaving 103rd, they are leaving them all the old buses. This more and more #1000's at 103rd seems especially troubling, it's almost like they are being set up for the #8200's. I hope they don't shaft the Glen again or I might get angry and they won't like me when I'm angry!! Lol!!

In all honesty a fleet of #1000's might not be bad either. They are almost as good as the new novas!!

It's a beautiful year for a battle of the buses....

In this corner: The Garage with the oldest of the fleet.... keeping it all together with screws, nuts, bolts, duct tape and crazy glue... the hand-me-down Garage of the CTA.... Forest Glen!!!

In this corner: The Garage the furthest out south the CTA has operating.... this garage has had some of the oldest in the fleet when it was operating the 5300's still, but now it has a modern fleet of 1000's. With recent bus moves, it's looking more and more like this might be the garage the newest of the buses might be going to...... 103rd St!!!

Who will be the garage to call 8200-8324 their home? Who will be the one to say to the other "We got the brand new fleet!!!"

I think Kedzie got nothing in return because they won't be operating as many routes, so they need fewer buses. Also, maybe the police has served notice to Kedzie and the CTA about parking buses on the street overnight.

That's what others have said.

Because of what dann said, I really doubt that CTA would be moving buses now in anticipation of something to be delivered at the earliest in May.

That was why I put a disclaimer (in parentheses) after that part of my post.

And another response that Kedzie has lost a few routes to other garages is more plausible.

As others have mentioned Kedzie shedded runs this pick. They gave up 157 for sure to Chicago. So Chicago's getting buses from them with none in return makes sense. Andre was the first this year to mention Kedzie still had the problem of having more buses assigned than the actual garage and shops area could hold overnight.

This morning's observation has concluded #1034 is still a 103rd bus, so the glen only got 4 #1000's. Ouch!! #1079 is now a 103rd bus but kedzie still retains #1080-83. #1805 has shown up at chicago. I'm still looking for #1806 and #1808's whereabouts. #1815 is still at Kedzie. I wonder if that was all the swaps until the #8200's show up, cause now the new pick has started.

Da mare has selected yet again a police superintendent who should please the people that oppose Da mare, totally pulling the rug out from the 3 finalists.  I wouldn't be surprised if he pulls a Rahm on us north siders in May. But unfortunately for him evens if he favors his detractors he probably will still lose reelection.

I'm not sure the relevance of this to the topic. I had made a political comment here, but decided to redact that.

The swaps were pretty light this time around, but then again there the NF swaps from last weekend as well which would account for the light round of swapping this time around if you take both weekends together.

As for Emanuel, I think it's safe to say many of here already know he's an opportunist even for a politician. That being said though, the next mayoral and city council elections aren't until the early part of 2019, and three years out is a long time on the political stage and a lot can happen between now and then. That makes it way too early to say what Emanuel's chances at a third term will be.

Only time will tell....

I'm going to leave politics out here, as I'll get started on something on a national level again that's making my skin crawl, and I already made a promise to @garmon757 and the forum I wouldn't again..... so I'll stay on the Forest Glen fence here. :P

The only thing I could determine from math's tracker is that there did seem to be some consolidation of number blocks at FG and 103. Not much of any elsewhere.

That's about the same thing I could make out too, that there were some NF number blocks that got consolidated again and less scattered than they had been from the rehabs..

Well you know how Busjack has this paranoia about getting stuck in the rotogate. I can't believe it but it happened this afternoon for a few seconds at 54th/pink. The woman ahead of me went into the laramie rotogate and when she got in where the rotogate had her locked both ways in, it stopped dead in it's tracks and made that lock sound. My reaction was oh boy!! :O She pushed again forward but she got nothing. She looked at me, but I was basking in the free world. I moved over to the other rotogate, but I was going to tell someone she was stuck. (maybe if my train wasn't leaving :P) She eventually pushed backwards on the rotogate and it opened. But it did register a go on the ventra when she went cause I saw it. So she swiped again, I was thinking with my double fare troubles oh no it won't work cause it's a passback right. Well it worked, I can probably bet you dollars to donuts she was charged two fares there because when she got stuck it said go, so she paid twice but now ventra thinks she is sharing a card so I guess it wasn't her day.

But to Busjack and all us other paranoid people (The thought did cross my mind), all you have to do is push back on the rotogate and it will be sweet freedom!! xD

Well well 103rd got even more #1000's. #1090 and #1096 are 103rd now. (probably bookmarks) Looks like they got some #1080's too. It's getting down to what are they missing for #1000's and #1100's? This is a bad omen for fg cause it's almost setup now, with one wave of the transfer bus wand fg gets the oldest buses again!!

BTW, #1803 now has a c sticker on it, so I guess their claiming it.

I can't seem to find Kedzie gaining buses, so maybe they lost #1080-83, #1085-96 with no gain. I also find it odd nothing is out at the glen below #6460. They could have retired those, the 4 #1030 buses they got could just about replace those. Maybe FG will get something later today or tomorrow. Seems odd 103rd will gain 15 and not purge nothing.
