And as usual for weekend Cubs home games, FG's route 152 does get handed - temporarily - a couple of the 4300-series artics from NP. What happens here is that NP sends an artic driver from the garage or another NP route, and that NP driver lends the artic in question to a 152 driver, who then makes a couple of round trips along that route before that artic gets returned to an NP operator.

That doesn’t sound right. The NP operators themselves are doing the runs not handing them to a FG operator.

You may be right. The NP operator simply punches in an FG run number for this purpose.

NP Operators are given runs out of NP on the 152 just like they're given runs on the 49. It's a pretty easy concept ?. Operators don't go to other garages to punch in for a run the runs they're given are special runs designated for the event and route they're on for the day and normally supervision gives them instructions on what to do from there or better yet the run paddles has designated instructions.

Also a little something..saw 1908 on the 152 yesterday while riding 1598.  Sounds like NP has Addison shifts daily almost.

Well yeah during cubs games you'll see NP have extra 40/60 footers out on the 152 to help out FG.
