I don't understand what's changed since I went through the training facility in 2019 at Chicago but they made it abundantly clear to not go back and forth with the ADA let alone anyone that boards with a serivce animal. I would of left him in the seat until the end of your run and then get on him about it. Line instructors do fill out reports of students at the end of the day and turn it in to the Instruction Dept. From stories I've heard over the years from within the company plenty of operators we're 50/50 on doing the right thing because of several factors that play a role with it but nonetheless you're right with your point.
