Most companies 10 -19 is return to base, which isn't necessarily the garage, but a location other than a garage where drivers begin/end their shift. Expand They've had them all over the place the past few weeks on the 22,36,97,135,136,146,147,148,and 201. I'm still trying to get a headcount for how many they have and so far it appears they have used 4 in total for the evening rush. What really has me confused is why hasn't 103rd or Kedzie started using there's yet, especially 103rd with how short they've been the last few weeks.
