True, I saw it on your video of 8212 going to Irving Park to replace 1039 after it was taken OOS.

Ye it was a 992 bus also had the plastic seats in the rear like 8220

Actually, 1840 stayed at Kedzie. So, this is an even trade.

So, Kedzie's 7900s should consist of 7903-7906, 7908, 8011 and 8100-8108. 15 buses total in that series.

Just an idea: however many 40' New Flyer buses at 103rd should all be replaced with Novas. Same for Kedzie, North Park, & Forest Glen.

I think things will be similar to the 4400s,5300s,& 6000s retirement process, regardless of age whatever is in the worst condition and the most problematic will get the go ahead first for retirement but as discussed before FG and 103rd would get the first crack at everything barring 77th getting its usual first pickups of new buses. I honestly want and even split of 50/50 between FG  and 103rd of the first 100 delivered to even the playing field a bit.

Yeah they should split up the 100 and use 50 for each garage
