Foster will not have a permanent entrance for neither Argyle nor Berwyn when RPM is completed from my knowledge, although Berwyn would've been the logical choice for a Foster entrance. With statements in connection with the accessibility plan, including that new stations must meet code, including an emergency exit, there's going to be an auxiliary entrance/exit somewhere.
