How do you know if 8236-47 had 3 stickers?

Sounds like 103rd put those stickers on 8236 - 8247, not knowing they would be swapped for some 8325s. All FG has to do is put their stickers back on them. fg.mark
This might be something important, but both 8347 and 8332 had malfunctioning fare boxes which would not take paper dollars. Since 103 is closer to SS, the reason for the bus swapping could lie there. If CTA did not have fully functioning fare boxes for the 8325s, it would make sense to swap them for the fare boxes in the 6400s. This could be the case because there is no other explanation for 103 to put their sticker in the windshield of 8236 through 8247 if they knew that the buses would be there for only four days. And for the past few days CTA has been having issues with many buses because the run number boxes show run numbers 992 or 999 or the run number from when the bus was in service a few hours earlier.

sw4400
8343-8345,8347-8348 were last seen at FG(8346 has yet to be seen on tracker), though none appear out today. They might be in transit to 103rd or perhaps Chicago soon, I guess...

pudgym29
8343, 8344, 8345, and 8349 are still running on FG routes. (8349 is running on 86 Narragansett/Ridgeland, which is in my vista, a route which doesn't need new[er] buses.) 8342 is on Route #111. Edited February 28, 2019 by pudgym29 easier to view size. Mr.cta85
I'm trying to figure out the whereabouts of 8327 and 28. I believe I seen 8327 once before but still no sign of 8328. I wonder if that bus is still on the fence of 77th garage. I haven't seen either bus on tracker.
andrethebusman
I wonder is 8236-8247 to 103rd for a couple of days was some kind of error that was caught and reversed. Otherwise this simply does not make much sense. Maybe 8325-8342 were supposed to go there to begin with, and somebody at 567 got the transfer orders messed up? Aiden Tabucic
None of the 8325’s have a F or 3 sticker on them so gives us a hint that the 8325’s might come back to FG and join the rest of the ones at FG

I drove 8338 and 25 so far so they definitely have 3 stickers on them.
NewFlyerMCI
Something we may have considered is that CTA wants 8325+ at 103rd for optics, since the 95th Terminal is open and every non-Pace bus route that goes there is run out of 103rd. Just a possibility.
