77th has the morning rush runs for routes 120,2121 and 125 where as Kedzie has the evening portion of runs.

With that being said, I still do not see the logic in this even swap. To me its a waste of time and money. With all due respect, its only my opinion.

For whatever reason nearly every night-owl route has a at least 1 or 2 new flyers available running on them from garages that have Novas, 74th usually has two on Ashland and Western every now and then, and the N5 normally has one every blue moon. So the real question remains as to which drivers out of kedzie have the most experience to operate the #7900's  because I would only assume training was done for operators that have never trained or driven them at all before because most of the time new PTBO's would get night-owl runs and if the new picks haven't changed much as far as seniority goes you wouldn't want a new driver operating a nova just yet without the proper training. I remember during training at 77th the instruction department did there best to train everyone on the New Flyers because of CDL testing but they did give us a few hours every other day on the novas to get use to them though.  I think by maybe mid January you'll see #7900's on the N60.

77th is doing morning runs with what artics? I take the 125 in the morning every so often and those buses use artics from K.

Yea that's K with the artics then that route just shared

It looks as if NP picked up at least four units this week:

1379 & 1380 from 77th (1379 is operating on the 97 as I type), and

1381 & 1382 from FG (I spotted 1382 on the 36 the other day).

Because the numbers are clustered, I'm assuming they're not loaners.

Cps is out till next thursday (possibly) that’s why but once next wednesday or thursday come we should see 1379-1383 return to FG

I know that its K, I'm asking where is it shared with 7? I've seen 120 & 121 with 7 run numbers, but never the 125, cause it always uses artics from K, morning or evening rush

Idk but a few days ago I seen a 40 footer with 125 on the sign on the Dan Rayn heading back towards 7  & I seen a while ago on the chart that show routes where it said 125 7&K but whenever I been downtown I also only seen artics on the 125

I work downtown every morning and 125 and the other metra shuttles are definitely all 77th. Afternoons are Kedzie

So is this a recent change? Or are these artics with a 7 run number? The last time I took the 125 I ended up using it all week cause it ran right by my hotel and its was always artics on the route (this was December of last year) and even the years proceeding that, I'd only seen artics

Typically there are Kedzie artics on the 125 with a few 77th journeys in the morning. In the afternoon all journeys are K, When I arrive downtown in the morning all the 125s I see are Kedzie artics.

For example from maths22 bus tracker on Wednesday 18th December

am 77th 1200, 1327, 1242, 7907; K 4000, 4007, 4011, 4013, 4045, 4059 & 4204

pm K 1600, 1604, 1643, 1667, 4004, 4007, 4014, 4015, 4044, 4046 & 4055

120 and 121 are mainly 77th am but there is at least 1 K journey using a bus that becomes a 124.
